Cotter Family Gathering Center Rental Rate Schedule

All rentals have access to common areas such as restrooms and child room

Kitchen access is exclusive to Event North or Entire Venue bookings

All spaces have 3 hour minimum except Conference Room that requires 2 hour minimum

Conference Room


  • Deposit to hold space: $200
  • Rental rate: $75/hour
  • Cleaning fee (if space is not cleaned by tenant): $80/man-hour minimum of 1 hour
  • Maximum capacity of 30

Event North (Kitchen side)


  • Deposit to hold space: $200
  • $90/hour without kitchen access
  • $105/hour with kitchen access
  • Cleaning fee (if space is not cleaned by tenant): $80/man-hour minimum of 1 hour
  • Maximum capacity of 85

Event South (Highway side)


  • Deposit to hold space: $200
  • Rental rate: $90/hour
  • Cleaning fee (if space is not cleaned by tenant): $80/man-hour minimum of 1hour
  • Maximum capacity of 80

Both Event Spaces


  • Deposit to hold space: $300
  • $165/hour without kitchen access
  • $200/hour with kitchen access
  • Cleaning fee (if space is not cleaned by tenant): $80/man-hour minimum of 2 Hours
  • Maximum capacity of 170

Entire venue


  • Deposit to hold space: $400
  • Rental rate: $250/hour- kitchen access included
  • Cleaning fee (if space is not cleaned by tenant): $80/man-hour minimum of 3 hours
  • Maximum capacity of 170
