All rentals have access to common areas such as restrooms and child room

Kitchen access is exclusive to Event North or Entire Venue bookings

All spaces have 3 hour minimum except Conference Room that requires 2 hour minimum

Conference Room

Deposit to hold space: $200
Rental rate: $75/hour
Cleaning fee (if space is not cleaned by tenant): $80/man-hour minimum of 1 hour
Maximum capacity of 30

Event North (Kitchen side)

Deposit to hold space: $200
$90/hour without kitchen access
$105/hour with kitchen access
Cleaning fee (if space is not cleaned by tenant): $80/man-hour minimum of 1 hour
Maximum capacity of 85

Event South (Highway side)

Deposit to hold space: $200
Rental rate: $90/hour
Cleaning fee (if space is not cleaned by tenant): $80/man-hour minimum of 1hour
Maximum capacity of 80

Both Event Spaces

Deposit to hold space: $300
$165/hour without kitchen access
$200/hour with kitchen access
Cleaning fee (if space is not cleaned by tenant): $80/man-hour minimum of 2 Hours
Maximum capacity of 170

Entire venue

Deposit to hold space: $400
Rental rate: $250/hour- kitchen access included
Cleaning fee (if space is not cleaned by tenant): $80/man-hour minimum of 3 hours
Maximum capacity of 170
