The cost depends on the size and scope of the event you’re planning. Contact us with the potential times, dates, and the type of event. We’ll get back to you within one business day with room reservation options and pricing.

To reserve a room, you need to complete a rental agreement and pay a security deposit of $200 or $300. We will return the security deposit after the event if the facility is clean and in good condition.

The balance of the rental fee is due two weeks before the event.

We typically allow an hour for set-up and decorating before an event begins. For some rentals, we open the facility the night before the event or the morning of an event to allow more time. We will work with your schedule and accommodate you as best as possible.

Yes. You can bring in your own food or hire a caterer. Our commercial prep and warming kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, stainless steel counters, and a separate entrance for food delivery. The event venue is equipped with electrical outlets for multiple crockpots.

Although you can’t sell alcohol on premise, you are allowed to responsibly serve alcohol.

We partner with vendors who can provide table linens. We can refer you to our vendors to place your order.
